DAVID ERRIGO, JR. (Ren McCormack) is one of ABT’s Resident Artists and has appeared in numerous productions here, including: CATS (Pouncival, Rum Tum Tugger u/s), A Christmas Carol (Christmas Past), Miss Saigon (Marine, Chris u/s - performed) and Annie Get Your Gun. David made his Nearly Naked Theatre debut last summer in RENT (Roger). Other credits include: Urinetown (Bobby), Paint Your Wagon (Steve Bulnack), Beauty and the Beast (Lumiere), and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Reuben), all with the Bigfork Summer Playhouse. Other favorites include: CATS (Rum Tum Tugger), Batboy (Edgar/Batboy) and Urinetown (Hot Blades Harry/Old Man Strong). David has a B.A. in Theatre from The University of Montana. When he isn’t acting, David enjoys working here in the office, taking pictures, and spending time with his new bride, Jacqui. He thanks her for putting up with him and for her support. JESSICA KAUFMAN (Ariel) is a Connecticut native and is excited to make her ABT debut in Footloose! Off-Broadway: Dear Edwina. Selected regional: Cinderella, Into the Woods, Henry V, The Lost Colony. After Footloose, Jessica will be touring the country with the first national tour of S’Wonderful, a new Gershwin musical. She also does children’s audiobooks, and was recently selected as a promising new narrator by the Audiobook Publisher’s Association. Jessica has a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami. D. SCOTT WITHERS (Reverend Shaw Moore) is thrilled to return to the Arizona Broadway stage where he appeared as Herbie in Gypsy, Mr. MacAfee in Bye Bye Birdie and directed its TYA production of The Selfish Giant. Scott just finished his 20th season as a company member with Childsplay. Recent Childsplay credits: The BFG, Junie B. Jones, Honus and Me and A Tale of Two Cities. Other acting credits: Company, Into the Woods (ariZoni Award) and Forum for Phoenix Theatre, A Christmas Carol for Actors Theatre, Lost and Foundling for Geva, The Jungle Book for Fulton Opera House and A Year With Frog and Toad for Seattle Children’s Theatre. Last season, Scott served as Artistic Director for Greasepaint Youtheatre helming its productions of Rent - School Edition (ariZoni) and Pippin (National Youth Theatre Award, ariZoni). Scott holds a BFA in Theatre Performance from ASU and is originally from Idaho. |

JACQUELINE REZ (Rusty) is thrilled to be returning to ABT, where she previously played the role of Ellen in Miss Saigon. Some of her favorite credits include Hair at the Arizona Theatre Company, Les Misérables at Phoenix Theatre, and Urinetown at Arizona Repertory Theatre. She received her BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Arizona and currently lives in New York City. MORGAN SPRINGER (Vi Moore) is ecstatic about continuing her career with ABT. From playing a mayor’s fainting wife in Bye Bye Birdie to a trumpet-playing stripper in Gypsy to a villainous diva in Phantom, she is now a preacher’s wife! Morgan is a proud graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, where she studied vocal performance. Some of her favorite roles include The Old Lady in Candide, Judy Turner in A Chorus Line, and Lady Billows in the opera Albert Herring. First and foremost, Morgan would like to thank Cass, Kiel, James, Brad and the rest of the ABT family for becoming her family. Thanks to Joe for his incredible vision, and Kurtis, the best choreographer and friend in the world – FIESTA! A big thank you to the most supportive mother in the world. TANNER BOLLINGER (Chuck Cranston) is excited to be working at Arizona Broadway Theatre! Tanner recently played Luke in the National Tour of Alter Boyz. A graduate of the Musical Theatre Conservatory at Roosevelt University, his favorite roles include: Burrs in The Wild Party by Lippa and Bob Wallace in White Christmas. Other productions include: Chuck in Footloose at Indiana’s Wagon Wheel Theatre, Chicago’s long-running Flannigan’s Wake, Jesus Christ Superstar, Urinetown, Chicago and the American regional theatre premiere of Aida. LAURA BERGER (Ethel McCormack) is delighted to return to the ABT stage, having just finished The Big Friendly Giant with Childsplay. Performing alongside her husband, Jesse, makes this production a special treat! SHAYLA BENOIT (Wendy Jo) is elated to return to the ABT stage after appearing in CATS (Demeter, Grizabella u/s), Anything Goes (Erma), The Taffetas (Donna), Bye Bye Birdie (Nancy), Miss Saigon (Gigi), Annie Get Your Gun (Annie u/s), A Christmas Carol, Phantom, Cabaret (Rosie), and ABT’s children’s productions of Alice in Wonderland, The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, The Elves and the Shoemaker, and Charlotte’s Web. Shayla hails from West Palm Beach, FL, and is a proud graduate of Florida State University’s BFA Musical Theatre program. TIFFANY SPARKS (Urleen) is very excited to be back at ABT for a second time. You may have recently seen her as Jennyanydots in ABT’s production of CATS! Tiffany grew up in Columbus, Indiana, where she started gymnastics and dance lessons at the age of four. It wasn’t until later that she discovered her talent and passion for theatre. She attended and graduated from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in Manhattan, and went on to perform in the National Tour of Bye Bye Birdie. Tiffany would like to thank God for blessing her with many talents and dreams, her mother and father, Tammy Sparks and David Brinley, for their support in making those dreams possible, and her boyfriend, friends, and family who always believe in her every step of the way. JESSE BERGER (Coach Dunbar/Cowboy Bob) just finished touring as Pantalone with Childsplay in their production of Androcles and the Lion. He was most recently seen on the Arizona Broadway Theatre stage as Benny Southstreet in Guys & Dolls and as Charles Maude in Bye Bye Birdie. Additional appearances on Valley stages include: The Comedy of Errors, Othello and MacBeth for the Southwest Shakepeare Company; Into the Woods and Miss Saigon for the Fountain Hills Community Theater; and Forever Plaid, Cabaret, Noises Off and others too numerous to recall for the Copperstate Dinner Theater. In his off minutes, he enjoys making and repairing guitars, and relaxing with his beautiful wife (also in Footloose) and two fuzzy, partially declawed children. |

NICK ANASTASIA (Bickle) is thrilled to be returning to the ABT stage! Nick currently attends Rider University as a senior acting scholar. He has spent the last two years working with Nickelodeon’s Backyardigans, playing Pablo on the National Tour, and providing the movement for Pablo for the TV show. MORGAN RUDOLPH (Betty Blast/Dance Captain) is a busy Resident Artist, and with good reason. She has appeared in every show this season. Gypsy or CATS, she can’t pick a favorite, but each show is such fun that she just tries to savor it. JOHN WAGNER (Garvin) is thrilled to be returning to the ABT stage having previously performed as John/Sailor in Anything Goes, Ensemble in A Christmas Carol, and L.A./Pastey in Gypsy earlier this season. DION JOHNSON (Wes Warnicker) is very excited to be in Footloose (his second show at ABT!). He was last seen as the Minister of Culture/Inspector Ledoux in Phantom here at ABT. His most recent credits include work in a docudrama for the History Channel called After Armageddon, Middle Scrooge in A Christmas Carol for Actors Theatre and as Strange Man in A Vampire Tale for Scorpius Dance Theatre in Phoenix and New Orleans as part of The Vampire Film Festival. Other recent credits include Grady in Curtains, David in Company for Phoenix Theatre, My First Time for Theatre 4301, Unbeatable at PT and at Stages Rep. Theatre and the Hobby Center in Houston, TX. Valley credits also include: Steve/Chad/Danny in Almost Maine, Leo/Maxine in Leading Ladies, and several roles in Dream A Little Dream all for PT; Shane Mungitt in Take Me Out, Hawker/Specialist in Tommy, James Avery in Valhalla for Nearly Naked Theatre; and John Merrick in The Elephant Man for TheatreScape (for which he won the New Times, “Maxie” and “Goldy” awards). MARY JANE MCCLOSKEY (Lulu Warnicker) is delighted to be back on stage with ABT’s energetic production of Footloose! You may remember her as Eulalie Mackechnie Shinn in ABT’s production of The Music Man. Her other ABT shows include HMS Pinafore and Big River. She has also performed extensively with ABT’s outreach troupe. She holds a Master’s degree in vocal performance from The University of Michigan and has performed with the Arizona Opera, The Phoenix Opera, The Pennsylvania Opera Theatre, The Muddy River Opera Company, The Aspen Opera Theatre and the Tanglewood Music Festival. She considers herself a teaching artist and her passion for teaching young people is seen through her work as a music and theatre educator in public, private and charter schools, as well as for the companies with which she performs. JAMIE PARNELL (Principal Harry Clark) is happy to return to ABT after appearing in Phantom (Young Carriere, Erik u/s) and A Christmas Carol (Young Marley) earlier this season. A native of Montana, he studied both Voice Performance and Acting at The University of Montana, and has studied opera in both Vienna, Austria, and at the Kodaly Institute in Keczkemet, Hungary. Most recently, Jamie has been seen on stage as Bobby in Urinetown, Figaro in Mozart’s The Marriage of Figaro, and Dr. Parker in Bat Boy. She just graduated from Arizona Conservatory for Arts and Academics this spring and was seen in Follies (Phyllis), Durang/Durang (Amanda Wingvalley), and Twelve Angry Jurors (Juror #8) there. She has also been seen in North Canyon High’s productions of The Wiz (Dorothy), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Miss Dorothy/Muzzy u/s) and Much Ado About Nothing (Hero). MATT CORDON (Ensemble) has performed in over 25 different shows around the Valley and couldn’t be more thrilled to make his mainstage debut with ABT with his role in Footloose. Last summer, he portrayed the role of Mark in ABT’s Academy production of RENT. He was also recognized as the 1st Chair Tenor for the entire state of Arizona for Performance Choir (2009) and Show Choir (2010) and will be attending the University of Arizona this fall as a member of the BFA program for Musical Theatre. Special thanks goes out to Mom for never giving up on helping my dream and Dad for introducing me to ABT in the first place! CHICA LOYA (Ensemble) is extremely excited to be participating in Footloose, making this her first appearance on the ABT stage! Her other credits include Jo in Little Women, Hattie Walker in Follies, and Janine in the straight play, Janine. Chica attends Arizona’s Conservatory for Arts and Academics and has performed as a dancer/singer in many of ACAA’s advanced-level concerts.
