Chef Allen Dowe began his career in the culinary arts 25 years ago,
mentored by some of Columbus, Ohio's renowned chefs. Before relocating
to Arizona 11 years ago, Chef Allen was Executive Chef of the Columbus
Convention Center and at top fine-dining restaurants in the Columbus
area. Since his relocation to Arizona, he has become Chef with two
of Scottsdale's premier four-star resorts. Chef Allen joined Arizona
Broadway Theatre in early 2006 in conjunction with the grand opening
of the new dinner theatre.
On behalf of the Culinary Staff, we would like to thank you in advance

Ain’t Misbehavin’
FIRST COURSE
Greens with pan-roasted corn, baby plum tomatoes,
mini buttermilk biscuits and sweet mustard vinaigrette.
Crisp Iceberg Lettuce with sliced tomatoes, smoked bacon,
bleu cheese and tangy ranch dressing.
MAIN COURSE
Cajun Chicken with dirty rice, jambalaya-style sauce
and Louisiana andouille sausage.
Braised Beef with savory grits and black-pepper beef essence.
Cornmeal-crusted Catfish with black-eyed peas,
southern-style slaw and tabasco aioli.
Lip-smackin’ Barbeque Pork Ribs with macaroni and cheese
and housemade BBQ sauce.
