Production Manager
Arizona Broadway Theatre, Phoenix’s newest professional theatre company is seeking a qualified individual to fill a permanent, full time salaried position to head an expanding production department producing 7 – 8 large scale musicals each year. This person will work under the guidance of the Executive and Artistic Director. Qualified candidates should have an MFA or a minimum of 3-5 years professional experience in theatrical management experience. Position requires a solid background in all areas of management, production and design as well as exceptional organizational, leadership, problem solving and human resource skills. The Production Manager will be responsible for the contracting designers and staff, facilitate communication between designers and staff, create realistic production time table, budgeting and coordinate rental events.
