Frequently Asked Questions What method of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may pay by check as long as we receive it at least two weeks prior to the performance date. For those purchasing by check, tickets will be held at will call. What are your hours of operation? Mondays 9:00am to 5:00pm, Tuesday thru Saturday's 9:00am to 9:00pm and on Sundays 10:00am to 8:00pm. What is included in the price of a ticket? All ticket prices include dinner, tea, coffee, show and tax. All tickets are subject to additional fees. Not included: a la carte items such as appetizers, specialty non-alcohol and alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, specialty menu entrees, desserts and gratuities. Changes In order to provide the finest in professional entertainment, we reserve the right to change shows, performers, dates, times and pricing without notice, or to substitute menu items in order to insure the highest quality dining experience. Other provisions may apply; please ask when reserving your tickets. Reservations Payment must be made at the time of the reservation. Ticket sales are final and no refunds will be issued. Exchanges for non-subscribers can be made for an additional fee and upon availability. Can I purchase a Gift Certificate? If so, what is the best way to do so? You can purchase a gift certificate either in person or by telephone in any dollar amount that you choose. Gift certificates make wonderful gifts for everyone on your shopping list. Do you have children's discounts and is there a children's menu? We offer discounts for children ages of 6 and older. Please contact the box office to see if the show you are interested in is geared towards children. May I bring my infant? Arizona Broadway Theatre welcomes children aged six and older. As a courtesy to audience members and performers, babies are generally not permitted in the theatre. Are show only tickets (no dinner included) available? Show only tickets may be reserved and is based upon availability. Tickets will be held at will call and must be picked up the day of the performance. Seating For your safety and as a courtesy to others, please remain seated during the performance. Our Dress Code Appropriate attire for the Arizona Broadway Theatre ranges from "business casual" to as formal as you like. Please no ball caps, tennis shoes, shorts, jeans, t-shirts or workout apparel. Is parking available on site? Ample parking, including wheelchair-accessible parking, is available on site and it's free! Photography/Recording Photography and/or the use of any recording devices is strictly prohibited during the performance. We reserve the right to take possession of any devices used to record any portion of any performance to ensure photo and/or recording is destroyed. The device will be returned at the owner's expense. Pagers and Cell Phone As a courtesy to all Arizona Broadway Theatre guests and performers, please silence pagers, cell phones and all other devices when in the theatre, especially during the performance. Smoke-Free Theatre The entire Arizona Broadway Theatre is a smoke-free environment. How are the performers chosen? Are they local or from out-of-town? The performers are selected from auditions held throughout the year in New York City, Phoenix, at the Southeastern Theatre Conference, and through the National Dinner Theatre Association. Some are native Arizonans, while the others come from across the nation. What is the latest we can arrive for dinner? To guarantee relaxed dining, we recommend you arrive no later than one hour prior to curtain time. Do you offer anything special for guest celebrating special occasions? For your special occasion, Arizona Broadway Theatre offers everything from Birthday cakes to a beautiful rose flower table display. Let us help you create a special package for your special occasion. Contact the box office for further details. We are your answer for holiday party plans! Ring in the holiday season with a memorable show and dining experience.
