Arizona Broadway Theatre infuses fresh ideas into each new themed menu to complement the current stage production, adding to our patron's unique experience of table-service dining in an elegant theatre atmosphere.

 

"Singin’ in the Rain" Show Menu

APPETIZERS

Coconut Shrimp – Dipped in a light tempura batter, plated with homemade cole slaw, jicama, fresh peppers and raisins, served with a distinctive orange remoulade sauce. Absolutely scrumptious! $8

Vegetable Spring Rolls – A delectable appetizer of vegetables drizzled with ABT’s signature teriyaki sauce. $7

Petite Antipasto Sampler – Prepared with marinated portobello mushrooms, artichokes, roasted bell peppers, smoked mozzarella, prosciutto and onion marmalade. A work of art! $7

Shrimp Cocktail – Succulent prawns presented with a light lemon aioli and zesty cocktail sauce. A true ABT classic. $6

ABT Signature Caesar Salad – Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with garlic croutons, shredded parmesan cheese and ABT’s exclusive Caesar dressing.

Soup du Jour – Tomato bisque with crème fraîche and grilled cheese crostini.

Beef Medallions – Two perfectly cooked tenderloin beef medallions, served with a shredded potato cake, fresh vegetables and drizzled with a delicate bearnaise sauce. A distinctive offering.
    Suggested Wine Pairing: Leese Fitch Merlot – California

Chicken Kiev – Boneless chicken breast pounded thin and wrapped around herbed and seasoned butter, coated with breading and lightly pan fried. Served alongside rice pilaf, bell peppers and sautéed onions. A classic, rich decadent delight.
    Suggested Wine Pairing: Flora Springs Chardonnay – Napa Valley California

Baked Manicotti – Large Italian pasta tubes filled with ricotta cheese and spices. Covered in ABT’s signature meatless tomato sauce. 
    Suggested Wine Pairing: Monte Antico – Sangiovese, Italy 

Fried Pork Chop – Drizzled with a delicate apple demi-glace and plated with parmesan mashed potatoes.
    Suggested Wine Pairing: Sycamore Lane Cabernet Sauvignon – California 

Pan-Seared Blackened Salmon – Moist filet of salmon is gently seasoned, topped with a lemon-caper sauce and served with rice pilaf and fresh vegetables. A seafood lover’s delight.
    Suggested Wine Pairing: Joel Gott Riesling – Columbia Valley, Washington

Spinach Tortellini – Tossed with butternut squash and mushrooms in creamy house-made Alfredo sauce. A vegetarian entrée.
    Suggested Wine Pairing: Castle Rock Pinot Noir – Sonoma County, California
UPGRADED ENTRÉES

Slow-Roasted Prime Rib* – A generous cut of succulent prime rib seasoned and slow-roasted to absolute flavorful perfection. Served alongside parmesan mashed potatoes, au jus and creamy horseradish sauce. $13
    Suggested Wine Pairing: Sycamore Lane Merlot – California

New York Strip Steak* – Marinated then broiled, this steak will delight with its succulent mouth-watering tenderness. Topped with sautéed mushrooms and served with vegetables and mashed potatoes. $14  (Add shrimp for $3)
    Suggested Wine Pairing: Folie a Deux Merlot – Napa Valley, California

Shrimp Scampi – Flavorful prawns sautéed in a garlic cream sauce served over a bed of linguini. A truly tasteful dish in every way. $7

Strawberry Sorbet – Paired with delicious fresh seasonal fruit. $4

Bread Pudding – A timeless recipe that defines comfort food. Warmly spiced with cinnamon and vanilla. Just like grandma used to make. Also available sugar-free! $5 (à la mode, add $1.75)
