About the Chef
Chef Allen Dowe
With a career in the culinary arts spanning three decades, Chef Allen Dowe began his tenure at Arizona Broadway Theatre in 2006. Having relocated to Arizona in the 1990s from Columbus, Ohio, Chef Allen served as the Executive Chef of the Columbus Convention Center and at the area's top fine-dining restaurants. Prior to bringing his expertise to ABT, he was Chef for two of Scottsdale's premier four-star resorts.Chef Allen infuses fresh ideas into each new themed menu to complement the current stage production, adding to our patron's unique experience of table-service dining in an elegant theatre atmosphere.
